Jak zespół projektowy francuskiego domu mody poradził sobie bez Rafa?
Francuski dom mody funkcjonuje bez dyrektora kreatywnego. Po rezygnacji Rafa Simonsa, nie ustalono jeszcze, kto zajmie jego stanowisko. Na razie więc zespół projektowy musi sobie radzić sam. Tak jak w przypadku kolekcji Pre-Fall 2016, tak i tym razem, team Diora skierował swoje projekty do młodszej klientki - ubrania pokazane na wybiegu w paryskim Musée Rodin były bardziej casualowe, odważne, osadzone w trendach. Projektanci nie bali się połączyć ze sobą pozornie niepasujących do siebie materiałów, sięgali po estetykę retro. Miksowali ze sobą elementy na wzór modnego teraz "włoskiego eklektyzmu", trochę tak, jak robi to od zawsze Miu Miu, Prada i (od niedawna) Gucci. Ważne w kolekcji haute couture Diora są warstwy - bieliźniane sukienki (tak jak w przypadku międzysezonowej linii) pojawiły się na dzianinowych bluzkach, a eleganckie topy na kolorowych sweterkach. Dior odsłania wiosną i latem 2016 swoim klientkom ramiona - dekolty typu carmen królowały w większości sylwetek.
