Od 24 lat przynawane są British Fashion Awards, nagrody dla najbardziej wpływowych osób w modzie. Wśród laureatów poprzednich edycji znaleźli się m.in. John Galliano, Vivienne Westwood, John Rocha, Alexander McQueen, Hussein Chalayan, Phoebe Philo, Sarah Burton i Stella McCartney. W tym roku triumfował Christoper Bailey, projektant otrzymał statuetkę dla "projektanta roku (moda męska)" oraz dla "marki roku". Brytyjczyk już po raz piąty został wyróżniony przez British Fashion Council.
